Welcome to iHopePrayLove. By purchasing, accessing, or using iHopePrayLove digital products, app features, beta access, memberships, workshops, Life Inventory resources, or related website content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Purpose of iHopePrayLove

iHopePrayLove provides faith-based reflection, structure, personal inventory, and accountability tools. Our products and services are designed to help users account for faith, peace, time, routines, and purpose through the Life Inventory Method.

Not Professional Care

iHopePrayLove does not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, crisis support, pastoral counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or any substitute for qualified professional care. If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 in the United States or contact emergency services immediately.

User Accounts and App Access

Some iHopePrayLove features require a user account so audit results, check-ins, reset progress, Reset Companion messages, and app history can be saved. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for notifying iHopePrayLove if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

Reset Companion

Reset Companion messages may be saved to your account and may be reviewed by iHopePrayLove for support, safety, troubleshooting, quality improvement, and app development. Reset Companion messages are not private therapy records, medical records, counseling records, or crisis-service records.

Beta Access

Beta access is a working test version of the app and may include bugs, flow changes, design changes, login/account issues, and feature adjustments. Beta users agree to provide honest feedback and understand that beta features may change before public release.

Payments, Refunds, and Access

Digital products, app access, beta access, memberships, and scheduled services are subject to the iHopePrayLove Refund and Digital Access Policy. Refunds are not automatic and may be limited once access has been granted, a digital product has been downloaded, or an app experience has been started.

Intellectual Property

iHopePrayLove content, the Life Inventory Method materials, app content, worksheets, prompts, reset plans, graphics, audio, podcast materials, and digital resources are owned by iHopePrayLove or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, modify, teach, license, or claim ownership of these materials without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use iHopePrayLove products and services responsibly, lawfully, and within their stated scope. You may not misuse the website, app, checkout, account system, Reset Companion, or digital products.
