Who we are and how to contact us
iHopePrayLove, LLC operates https://www.ihopepraylove.com and provides faith-based education, Life Inventory resources, digital products, and personal accountability services. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the website, request a resource, contact us, purchase a product or service, schedule a Life Inventory Audit, or use an account feature available to you. Mentioning an account or app feature here does not mean it is currently offered for public enrollment.
For privacy questions or requests, email ihopepraylove@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request. Identify the email address you used and the information or request involved. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
Information you provide
Resources and inquiries: We receive the name, email address, form responses, recorded inventory area, and messages you submit. We use this information to deliver requested resources, answer questions, provide related support, and understand the help you are requesting. A Life Inventory response can reveal personal information about faith, peace, purpose, routines, or time. Share only what you are comfortable discussing; detailed medical, financial, legal, or family records are not needed for a checklist request.
Purchases and accounts: Checkout and account records can include your contact and billing information, products or services ordered, amounts, order identifiers, payment status, transaction references, account details, and support correspondence. Payment details are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. We use the resulting order and payment information for fulfillment, support, refunds, recordkeeping, and resolving payment questions. Never send card numbers or payment-account passwords by email or through a contact form.
Bookings and Audit delivery: Scheduling and service records can include your name, email address, appointment and time-zone details, booking identifier, intake answers, information you choose to discuss, the agreed reset plan, delivery correspondence, and follow-up responses. We use these records to match a booking to the correct purchase, prepare for and deliver the session, send your plan, and review the reset with you. The Life Inventory Audit is a human-led educational and accountability service, not medical treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis care.
Website activity, cookies, and analytics
Website and service systems can receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, pages visited, referring pages, interaction events, and cookie or session identifiers. WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies or similar storage for functions such as accounts, login sessions, shopping carts, and preferences.
The website also uses Metricool tracking, Automattic/Jetpack statistics, and WooCommerce analytics and order-attribution tools. These tools help us understand visits, interactions, and how someone reached the site. Attribution information can include referring pages, campaign parameters such as UTM source and campaign, session information, and browser details. These analytics are distinct from the personal information you deliberately submit in a form or during a session; neither a page visit nor an analytics event establishes that you purchased a service.
You can manage or block cookies and third-party requests through your browser settings and available provider controls. Blocking them may affect login, checkout, embedded content, or other functionality. Browser privacy controls do not by themselves delete information already submitted to us. Contact us about that information using the details above.
Service providers and information sharing
Information is handled through providers that support website hosting, WordPress/WooCommerce, forms, email, scheduling, online meetings, payment processing, analytics, security, backups, and business administration. Our services use WPForms for forms, Google services for business email and meetings, Calendly for Audit scheduling, and the payment provider selected at checkout, including PayPal where offered. Automattic services, including Jetpack, Gravatar, and Akismet where used, support website functions, statistics, profile images, or spam detection. Metricool supports analytics and social-content management. Each provider receives information relevant to the feature or service involved.
Authorized website administrators and people assisting with service delivery or support may access relevant records. We may disclose information when needed to comply with applicable law or lawful requests, address fraud or security issues, resolve disputes, or protect legal rights. Payment, scheduling, social-media, and other external providers also have their own privacy notices and controls for their services.
Useful provider notices include Automattic Privacy, Google Privacy, Calendly Privacy, PayPal Privacy, and Metricool Privacy. Please review the notice for the provider you interact with.
AI assistance and human review
iHopePrayLove uses AI-assisted tools, including ChatGPT/OpenAI, for business administration and content preparation. Relevant inquiry, order, or support information may be processed through these tools to organize requests, review business activity, or prepare drafts. This does not make the personal Audit an automated service. Cobi reviews the interpretation and final personalized plan. Agreement to AI assistance is obtained before using sensitive client session material for that assistance; clients should share only the information needed for their chosen reset. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for information about that provider.
Optional account and Reset Companion information
If you have access to Account for What Matters or Reset Companion, information you enter can be stored with your account. This can include inventory responses, the selected reset area, messages, dates and times, check-ins, progress, generated or administrator-written responses, support notes, and safety or moderation flags. iHopePrayLove may review relevant records for support, troubleshooting, safety review, service improvement, and legal obligations. These records are not confidential therapy, medical, pastoral-counseling, or crisis-service records.
Where an AI-assisted app feature is enabled, relevant messages may be processed by the technology providers used for that feature. Do not submit information about other people that is unnecessary for your reset, passwords, financial-account details, government identification numbers, medical records, or emergency information. These features are not monitored continuously and are not a way to obtain emergency help. Contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed.
Public comments, media, and embedded content
When commenting is available, information you submit for public display can be visible to other visitors. Comment systems can collect the submitted fields, IP address, and browser information for moderation and spam detection. An email-derived hash may be sent to Gravatar to retrieve a profile image. Approved comments and associated metadata may remain on the site until removed. Avoid posting sensitive information or uploading public images that contain location metadata you do not want others to see.
Pages may contain embedded videos, images, or other external content. Those providers can receive technical information and use their own cookies or tracking when their content loads or you interact with it. Following a Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, payment, or scheduling link takes you to a service with its own policies. Public posts and comments on those services are not private messages to iHopePrayLove.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described in this notice, including providing requested resources and services, maintaining account or order history, responding to support needs, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, or security obligations. Retention varies with the record and those needs; this notice does not promise a fixed automatic deletion date for every record. Account, correspondence, and app records can remain until reviewed or deletion is requested. Copies in backups or provider systems may remain subject to their retention and recovery processes.
The website uses HTTPS and account-based administrative access. No online service, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us promptly about suspected misuse of your information or an account. Security incidents are assessed so appropriate containment, provider coordination, and any legally required notifications can be addressed. Do not send secrets or unnecessary sensitive records through ordinary forms or email.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of information associated with you, or to ask about its use. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the records involved before acting. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security reasons; we will explain applicable limitations when responding. Additional rights and response requirements may apply depending on where you live.
You can ask us to stop optional follow-up or promotional messages by replying to an email or contacting ihopepraylove@gmail.com. Where a message includes an unsubscribe link, you can use it. Necessary purchase, booking, delivery, or support messages are separate from optional marketing. Participation in a public or group discussion does not itself authorize adding you to a marketing list. Client words, identifiable stories, and testimonials require separate permission before publication.
Location, children, and changes to this notice
iHopePrayLove operates from the United States. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, where privacy protections may differ. Our personal services are intended for adults, not as services directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information that should be reviewed or removed.
We may update this notice when services or information practices change. The date at the top identifies this version. Any additional notice or consent required by applicable law will be addressed separately; publishing this page is not a substitute for consent where consent is required. For questions, contact ihopepraylove@gmail.com.
